From the space with a gallery space and a mini kitchen, COMINGSOON is open on the first floor of the new Shibuya PARCO, where creators active in various fields such as fashion, art and music can freely present their creations using the keyword "food" as a keyword, as well as a place for companies and media to deliver interesting "food" experiences in a new sense.

The first opening event will be a premiere of the food indie label (?!) "HIRANO FOOD SERVICE", a new project led by Kiko Hirano, a food essayist who is unique in the food culture scene.

In addition to the special box sale of the phantom popular sweets "(NO) RAISIN SANDWICH", which is sold out in minutes every time it is released online, the bird specialty cream shop "BIRD WATCHING" with former chef past "Sevenre" chef Keisuke Oyama, and the owner chef Minami Toshiro of the Chinese restaurant "Mimosa" with one Michelin star, also appeared for the first time.

A special shop (pop-up shop) that sells limited food that can only be tasted here by three food brands created by Sako Hirano in collaboration with creators from different fields, as well as original goods that can only be purchased here at physical stores, will open every few days for a limited time. ZOZOTOWN cooperates fully in the production of goods. Some products will be sold at ZOZOTOWN by opening a web shop.

Sa Kiko Hirano, who is involved in ROCKET and "food", creates a free magazine for ROCKET on the edge of her food scrapbook that was shown as a student, and enjoy the current form of food culture at COMINGSOON.

A Western confectionery brand based on the concept of "raisins and other sandwiches", inspired by Kiko Hirano's wish, "I don't like raisins but want to eat raisins." Started in 2018 with Patissier Yuichi Goto and Art Director Mina Tabei, the owner of the pastry shop "Equal" and the restaurant "PATH". The box, which is packaged with two kinds of standard raisin sandwiches and no raisin sandwiches (butter sandwiched with fruits other than raisin sandwiches), is a very popular product that sells out in minutes every time it is released online. In commemoration of the opening of the first pop-up, we will release a limited edition of the dream special box "(NO) RAISIN SANDWICH Best Collection" that packages all the flavors of 1 raisin sand and 5 no lesin sands that have been announced so far. A cream puff shop specializing in birds, born from the idea that "If you paint Swan Shoo pink, it will become a flamingo?" Together with former chef past chef patissier Keisuke Oyama and art director Asuka Wakita, he launched the brand in the fall of 2019 and unveiled for the first time at COMINGSOON. In addition to the classic "Lemon Cheese Cream Swan", we will deliver three (3 types) of "Raspberry Flamingo" with a cute taste of raspberry and chocolate, Petit Shoo "Chick" packed with custards full of eggs in one package. Based on the concept of "4,000 years of Chinese food history that can be eaten with one hand", Sa Kiko Hirano, who loves Chinese chimaki, wants to create a food stall where you can eat Chinese chimaki and Chinese snacks more casually. It was launched in the fall of 2019 with Chef Minami Toshiro and artist Ryuya Koiso of the Chinese restaurant "Mimosa", which earns one Michelin star, and first unveiled at COMINGSOON. In addition to the exquisite "Chinese Chimaki" that can be eaten like rice balls, the Chinese crepe "Chinese Chimaki" that floats the air of the food stalls culture of Shanghai, appears. "Delicious Fortune Cookie" with original Fortune Cookies that are particular about the taste, and "Delicious Fortune Cookies" studded with words of food that can be laughed at (ideal for souvenirs). Chinese street food that stimulates appetite will color the autumn of Shibuya.

Food essayist. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1991. "Heisei no Rice Crazy" continues to keep a food diary from elementary school students. Since I was a student, a blog that spelled out discoveries and excitement related to daily food became a hot topic and started writing activities. In addition to being serialized in magazines such as "Hanako" and "POPEYE", there are a wide range of activities centered on food, such as planning and operation of events. His book "Ardente from Birth" (Heibonsha).
