The second edition of "COMINGSOON" is a project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the activities of flower artist "edenworks" Emi Shinozaki. An installation work with the theme of "Don't abandon flowers and connect them next." In addition, limited sales of special soup made with discarded ingredients. Tomohiro Maruyama, who operates “MAISON CINQUANTECINQ”, “Lanterne” and “AELU” and chefs Taiichi Hara of “Bistro Rojiura”, “PATH” and “Like” will sell “unreleased” special soup using discarded ingredients from restaurants every day. Chinese medicine Pharmacy "Sugimoto Pharmacy" in Ofuna, Kamakura, welcomes Keiro Sugimoto, the third generation, and holds a workshop to make original blended tea suitable for your life using plant parts that are usually discarded for food, such as zakuro skin, tangerine skin, and persimmon peel used as materials for Chinese medicine.

We will hold a tea blend workshop by the herbal tea brand "Have a Herbal Harvest" where you can enjoy decorating and enjoying proposed by CATERING ROCKET and feel the scent and effect of herbs by drinking. You can make original herb tea by freely blending herbal scraps that cannot be used in the product and “remaining” herbal scraps. In addition, there are also apple compotes that can be enjoyed on the spot and original drinks made by dividing lemon and lime syrup with mint-based blended herbal tea.
