A new space for M.I.U. No.2, which is neither a shop nor a gallery

The sophisticated interior design was designed by Takayuki Minami

A unique space in the corner of the 7th floor lined with restaurants. This is the concept store "M.I.U. No.2". "M.I.U." has set up a store on the outskirts of Nakameguro and has been focusing on fashion and art since its opening. At Shibuya PARCO stores, while focusing on its unique style, it is creating more art-focused shops.

"We will edit and propose a wide variety of things beyond genres and items from the perspective of 'M.I.U.' Basically, we will develop the universal item axis and store-limited item axis one-on-one. I hope it will be a challenging space where we regularly hold POP UP events with artists and brands, so I would be happy if you could enjoy it,” says Director Ito.

The floor where this shop is set up is not a fashion floor or an art & culture floor, but a restaurant floor on the 7th floor. Mr. Ito says the reason is “uncomfortable.” "When it comes to a building in-shop, it is inevitably organized into the business type etc., but on the restaurant floor on the 7th floor, there is no other retail store, and I thought that "M.I.U." would create a "good discomfort". One of the reasons is that Shibuya PARCO has a floor dedicated to promoting culture on the upper floor. On the 7th floor, "I can't go without bothering to go," I feel that it is close to the location of Nakameguro. I feel that opening a store at Shibuya PARCO is a good opportunity to create a store with new values in this remarkable era of change."

In "M.I.U. No2", we are planning to develop something different from Nakameguro, such as the sale of "soe x KENTO MORI" as a special collection, and collaboration with Hirori Ochiai of "FACETASM" and Yoyogiuehara's record boutique "ADULT ORIENTED RECORDS". The sales items also change depending on the season and timing, so I would like to visit regularly.

PUEBCO is an interior goods shop in Mishuku, Setagaya-ku, which has many fans for many years, for products created by the things, people, and technology that the representative has met while traveling around the world. In fact, this is the first time I have opened a store in a commercial facility. It seems that some fans were surprised by the opening of Shibuya PARCO this time.

"PUEBCO" brings ideas to vintage and used materials that have lost their original value in use, and proposes them as original products. While I want to continue making such things, I have such anguish as I continue to make those products.

Some PUEBCO products are not decided to use this way, so I would like customers to freely think and find ways to use it. The furniture in which products are lined up is made from old printing drawers brought from India.
