This exhibition will be the first collaboration exhibition between Sorayama and Arsham. By the power of imagination, the creativity of the two artists who attempt to go beyond time, place, and even the form of life has become an inevitable fusion. In this exhibition, all new paintings by Kurayama were 1 and 2 people.
Two sculptures by collaboration will be announced.

He is an artist who has become a legendary artist in Japan and overseas, pursuing the beauty of the human body and machine using his phenomenal realism power as a weapon. In the "Sexy Robot" series (1978-), which made the name known to the world, the expression incorporating the beauty of women's human body into robots has had a significant impact on the subsequent formation of the robot's image. In 1999, the concept design of the entertainment robot "AIBO" developed by Sony, in 2001, the ALBUM cover of Aerosmith's "Just PushPlay" (2001) and the collaboration with DIOR MEN, who worked with Kim Jones last year were also big topics. In recent years, Kurayama's works have been widely presented in museums around the world at exhibitions such as Unorthodox (The Jewish Museum, New York, 2015), Desire (by Larry Gagosian and Jeffrey Deitch, Moore building Miami, 2016), The Universe and Art (Mori Museum, Tokyo, 2016, Art Science Museum, Singapore, 2017), and Cool Japan (The Netherlands National Museum of World Culture, 2018).

Born in 1980 in Ohio, USA, he is an artist currently active in New York. His works range from three-dimensional works, painting, installation, and performance based on the concept of "Fictional Archeology". His work has already been presented at numerous museums and international exhibitions around the world, including PS1 (New York), The Museum of Contemporary Art in Miami, The Athens Bienniale (Athens), The New Museum (New York), Musée Guimet (Paris), HOW Museum (Shanghai), MOCO Museum (Amsterdam), etc. In addition, we just released the DIOR Men collection following Sorayama in June of this year.
