'Shibukar Festival.' This is a culture event that began in 2011 in Shibuya PARCO and has attracted more than 1,000 creators from all genres such as art, fashion, music, and performance over the past eight years. Even after Shibuya PARCO was temporarily closed in the summer of 2016, Shibuya Club Quattro GALLERY X BY PARCO (2017) and Hong Kong PMQ (2018) have changed places and shapes to excite the festival together with many people. In the fall of 2019, before the opening of the new Shibuya PARCO, the “Shibukull Festival” was held. I'll be back to Shibuya. The stage is the city of Shibuya. The "Shibukull Festival" started here and grew up here. However, it spreads to the city, and together with the city, we will show an expression on the theme of "Shibuya" itself. This time, under the theme of "Shibuya", 10 young creators (groups) composed of photographers, models, designers, artists, musicians, etc. created a total of 10 kinds of ZINEs in different content and shape. From November 1st (Fri), approximately 100 cafes, galleries, commercial facilities, etc. will be installed sequentially, mainly in the Shibuya area. In addition, during the period, two creators from UMMMI. and Riku Ikenotani will play a central role, and two video works taken on the subject of Shibuya are also being broadcast on street visions in various parts of Shibuya. The work of young creators, mainly in their teens and twenties, scattered throughout the city. What does Shibuya look like in their eyes?
